This is Pitiful

Mothers in southern Sudan are feeding their children leaves to stop them starving to death after rich countries failed to heed months of appeals to prevent the region's worst food crisis in seven years.
Young women on Thursday crushed foliage torn from trees then boiled it over fires outside their huts, draining the green-tinged water before their children devoured their sole meal for the day with their hands.

Rich countries failed??? Backward country led by thugs. Its now 2005. European folks starved back in the 19th century. They along with most other western nations have moved out of the dark ages. Why is this region still poor and backward? Maybe if their Islamic Facist goverment would concentrate more on feeding their people and less on killing Christians, fewer would starve to death.

And im not even the most religious.
But starving children. No sir. I have a son 21. And i would of never let him go hungry, if i had to steal to get him food.

I kinda thought a starving Muslim, if that is what is gonna come to mind when you hear about someone starving, would be a good convert. I think the point is the US blew big bucks on Saddam cause he was a BAD boy. Weeelll you got the same problem here only they just asked for food, and don't have oil. I saw a story about some being in trouble for poaching in a game preserve to feed themselves, must have a real ruler.
